We usually work in 4 phases towards the right solution to solve vibration problems. We do this according to the steps below:
Inventory of vibration issues
We make an inventory of the application and environment, looking at weights, support points and interference frequencies, among other things.
Based on this inventory, we draw up a clear report, possibly supplemented with calculations and advice on possible solutions.
Calculate and measure on location
Our Engineering team will calculate the vibration issue based on the inventory.
If necessary, a “Certified Vibration Analyst” will perform measurements on site. Calculations and/or vibration measurements are performed by well-trained experts with state-of-the-art hardware and software.
Analysis, reporting and advice
The calculations and/or measurement results are thoroughly analyzed, reported and provided with conclusions and recommendations.
We take into account that the recommended solution(s) have the right rubber composition and quality, to guarantee optimum protection of your equipment. You will receive a comprehensive report with specific advice.
Working on new solutions
If a standard solution is not available, we will develop a customized solution together with you.
This may involve designing dampers with a specific rubber compound or using other metal parts. In some cases, we may even develop a completely new solution to ensure optimum protection and performance of your equipment. For custom projects, you will receive a detailed project proposal.
